Fringe Feels

Hello and happy almost Friday! When I am not somewhat dressed up for work I am often in jeans, a tee and if you live in a “cool at night and hot during the day” type of place – some sort of layer!

I just LOVE kimonos. They are a perfect alternative to cardigans if it is not too cold out. They are also perfect to thrift because you can be flexible with the size (it is OK if they look baggy and loose). I got this kimono from platos closet for under $15 and the fringe gives it a great edgy look!

I wish I could tell you these shoes were thrifted…but Marshalls! The next best thing right? Go right now and try to find them, I could walk miles in them!

I had the best day exploring East Village. Whenever I can get to downtown San Diego is always a win in my book! A fellow blogger and I snapped pictures , went to church and had some coffee at Copa Vida – a must try!

I also REALLY need to talk about this choker necklace (linked below with an alternative at the end of the post) …. San Diegans, I found this local company by going to an event at the courtyard downtown (love that place)! They are local and I am all about serving local businesses!

I tried to find a similar kimono (there are a lot of fringe ones)! and I linked a few below. BUT you should go out and thrift your heart out or try Thred Up etc. as well – because that is WAY more fun!

I hope this weekend brings another day similar to this! It is nice to relax, enjoy doing something outside of work and drinking lots of coffee.
