Seville is home to some impressive architectural wonders, making it the perfect city to soak in a beautiful stay with design as the forefront. The Andulusian city has many hotels to choose from, but these hotels in Seville are a great place to start deciding where stay in the famous Spanish city.
Indias de Intur
I can personally say this is a wonderful option for an affordable, boutique hotel. You have a view of Las Setas, a rooftop bar and plunge pool. If you want a bit more privacy with a view (Las Setas are very popular) this may not be the best option – but I loved my stay.
Palacio de Villapanes
A luxurious stay in a Sevillian Palace – 50 unique rooms with a gorgeous courtyard in true Sevilla design. Small rooftop pool and quaint, well-designed courtyards. You will find modern influence in a historically preserved establishment – can’t get much better.
Nobu Sevilla
Located in Plaza de San Francisco, this hotel has beautiful design (elements from their Andalusian home and a nod to sleek Japanese design like all of their hotels). The rooftop has spectacular city views as well as a pool. This luxurious stay will not disappoint.
SOHO Boutique Cathedral
Central location, extremely walkable Four Star Hotel. They have a cozy rooftop terrance looking to La Giralda and a pool as well.
Placido y Grato
A beautiful, renovated Manor house with marble arch entrance and a gorgeous back patio. Scandinavian furniture with thoughtful, minimalist yet functional pieces throughout. Expect excellent service, a quiet stay and in the hotter Seville months, enjoy the plunge pool on the terrance. Their cafe is open to the public and was a favorite of mine during my trip.
Los Seises Sevilla, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel
A unique experience focusing on the six senses (hence the name) to truly enjoy and feel the culture of the city in a different way. Additionally, their rooftop bar, Pura Vida is worth a visit.
Hotel Rey Alfonso X
Simple, elegant and timeless. A four star hotel transformed from a nineteenth century house in Santa Cruz Neighborhood (ideal location close to the Alcazar and many other popular sites). This hotel has a beautiful pool and gorgeous views on their rooftop.
Hotel Colon Gran Melia
Iconic, elegant and luxurious (award winning) stay in the heart of Sevilla. Many Seville hotels embrace Andalusian design, and Colon Gran Melia is one of them. They have a pool, spa (with Turkish baths), and two restaurants boasting Andalusian cuisine.
Hotel Amadeus Sevilla
Another hotel with a central location in the Santa Cruz Neighborhood, close to all the major sights of the city. Like many hotels, they have a small plunge pool for those hotter months. Inspired by classical music, this is the design theme you will see throughout the hotel. The rooms are filled with character, quaint, cozy and very inviting.
EME Catedral Mercer Hotel
Their rooftop is popular with many who visit Seville due to their proximity to the cathedral (making the location a good one). In the heart of old town, this is a hotel with a prime location and stunning views.
Radisson Collection Hotel, Magdalena Plaza Sevilla
Seville’s first Radisson hotel – simple, classic and timeless rooms close to all the major shopping and walkable to most of the Seville sights. Five Star Hotel with a gorgeous rooftop bar and pool. As an added bonus, the on-site restaurant was created by Michelin star chef Eneko Atxa.
Hotel Boutique Triana House
The Triana neighborhood of Sevilla is a wonderful district to call home while visiting. It seems more slow-paced, and I felt like a local walking through the district. The Triana House is situated close to the iconic Bridge with eclectic interiors – complete with Triana tiled headboards.
Hotel Zenit looks like another great option in this neighborhood, as well.
