All cities have something to offer and Atlanta is no exception. In fact, although I had no expectations, I loved our weekend in Atlanta more than I thought I would. A clean, well planned downtown surrounded by unique urban neighborhoods and plenty of outdoors to explore thanks to the Beltline. Although I planned out my travel goals in the beginning of the year, a few Fall trips have me excited for the upcoming season! Not all of them may consist of full Fall foliage (alliteration, nice) but I will be able to pull out sweaters, boots and smell that cool morning air. Spanish architecture, hand-crafted cocktails, a history lesson, and home-made ice cream will accompany you on this post of my Jax date…

The Peach State offers so much more than humidity and a great aquarium. The Barrier Islands or Golden Isles, are an amazing travel destination and I can’t believe they are accessible in such a short time from Jacksonville. Day trip or weekend, enjoying the islands is very convenient. Jekyll Island makes for…
