I just got back from a wonderful trip traveling to the North of Spain and France (my first time in France)! I was thankful for a little bit of cooler weather compared to the South of Spain and for Fall packing in general. Light layers (especially for the coast of France) and simplicity while being realistic for the temperature was my goal and I think I succeeded.
Here is my packing list for Basque country in September:
